Amazing presentation by a very skilled quartet in a lovely old building in York.

Super helpful customer service. Bought tickets to dopamine lane the day before Black Friday and they allowed me to cancel and book again with the discount. Very helpful in the run up to Christmas when you are trying to save as much as possible for presents etc.

Customer service was brilliant. Seojin was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my friend and I tested positive for covid on the morning of our event, and Seojin helped us receive a full refund for our event. 10/10 thank you so much.

Non troppo perché sono stata ingannata nell acquisto dei biglietti La prima volta erano quelli giusti e non ho comprato subito La seconda volta che mi sono connessa i biglietti erano su un altra città e io non me ne sono accorta e quindi li ho comprati ma non potrò andarci e quindi ho perso i soldi

Absolutely shocking customer service after they’re being no sound at an event on the night. took over a month to get a response from the customer services only need to be offered a £10 voucher. There is no way I would ever spend more money with this company. Be careful ordering tickets from these as if anything is wrong on the night. Do not expect any information or communication from the shocking company.

I understand the terms and conditions. But only just noticed that I had booked 4 tickets at 2 different times and was unable to change the time on 3 of them. So none of us are going, waste of money - you would think that dpace would have been found, tickets were not sold out so don't see a problem.
