Great customer service. You can usually be waiting 5 days or more to hear back from a company regarding a request. This meant I could amend my booking swiftly with no fuss.

Customer service was excellent, understood my needs and requirements, dealt with them quickly and efficiently, very helpful, kind understanding operator, easy to contact, professional and knowledgeable, more than happy with the service I received.

I initially had an issue with getting a refund for a failed payment attempt. The customer service team were very helpful and prompt in their replies. It’s nice to know that if things go wrong (which they will do sometimes) that there are people around to help. Thank you Fever.
