I contacted customer service, on the day of the event (which was a Saturday), because I cannot locate my account info with low hope. To my surprise I got a very prompt response and they helped me to retrieve my info just so I can attend the event! Thank you!

The customer service from Fever is second to none! I’ve used them on numerous occasions and nothing is a problem! They definitely want to make their customers happy. I had to cancel my tickets recently and I got in touch with them on the day of my experience, I explained the situation and an alternative was arranged which was just fantastic, thank you Fever!!

Unfortunately I was ill and would have been unable to attend the Monet immersive experience that I’d been looking forward to. Fever allowed me to exchange my tickets for an alternative date. They were very helpful and quick at helping resolve my issue. I’ve booked several Fever events and always been with the service.

Customer service here is great which sadly is quite rare nowadays. I am feeling unwell and am unable to attend the event I was looking forward to. I contacted Fever earlier on today and they gave me an exchange voucher to go on a different day. Thanks a lot and continue the great service.

Two weeks have passed and I've heard nothing from Fever regarding a bottomless brunch that did not have my booking. It is completely outrageous I will be taking this matter further.

Very prompt reply to my query and resolved without fuss. I would just suggest that having one ticket already displayed in the full price section can be misleading if you aren't booking for that, I was caught out by it when just booking for two 65+ tickets.
