I wasn't very hopeful of rectifying a stupid scheduling error on my behalf but Ahmed at Fever sorted it all perfectly and helped me through the procedure!! Very happy!!

I have booked events with fever before and the events have always been great and good value for money. I booked tickets on this occasion but unfortunately I was unable to attend but Fever were happy to assist me and offer me a voucher so I could attend at a later date. The agents that I spoke to were incredibly kind, helpful and empathetic.

I like using Fever as there are many fun options and the app is user friendly. I recently had to cancel my tickets due to health reasons and though they couldn’t refund them (that would have been even better) they did give me a voucher to be used in 9 months so I find that quite helpful to use Fever again.

I made a mistake when buying my tickets as I didnt check the date of my booking before completing the purchase. I was assisted by a online assistant and Pedro, that was very helpful and quickly helped me to sort it out and corrected the date. It means I will go to sleep without worring about it. Thank you

I have needed to reschedule my ticket for the Van Gogh experience unexpectedly. I had a query which was answered efficiently by online chat and email and my new ticket is now sitting safely in my Fever app. All pretty painless and I'm looking forward to going on the new date.

I crossed wires with my friend and accidentally bought a ticket for the van Gogh experience when she had already bought me one. I sent a refund request to Fever and they processed it within the hour. Good service!
