“I purchased two tickets for a concert from Fever but new something had gone wrong when I got no confirmation Email or tickets on my app. I contacted Fever via email and got superb help from Daniel and Minsoo to try and rectify the problem. I only had to wait a short time between emails until we came to the decision that the transaction had not gone through. I was very happy with the company and will not hesitate to use them again.”
