It was sorted in about an hour and I now have my tickets. Very impressed with the service and it’s the second time I’ve used Fever and will be doing so again.”

“I have booked an event with this app for this Sunday.
Last week I found out they have redeemed my tickets accidentally.
I have contacted them many times and they said they have contacted the appropriate department and they still waiting for the response.
At the same time they havent contacted me to give me an update.
I asked them for new tickets they said they can't give me new ones ,same with a refund ,I asked for their contact number or email of the department and apparently there isnt any.
They asked me to wait until further notice.
This is ridiculous.
I wouldn't recommend this app they take the money they used your tickets and they give you no solution but to wait.
