Rubbish service. In spite of several e mails you decide to tell me the day after the date on the ticket that I could use the tickets any time that day.

Absolutely horrendous service. I accidentally cancelled my tickets and I had paid for the refund option. Contacted them explaining the accident, at first they seemed reasonable, but after being told that I could get a refund and re-purchase the tickets, I kept receiving emails saying that I had not responded and therefore my request had been closed. Having had several "conversations" using their live chat service, this kept playing out, being told the same thing over and over again and me not being able to send them messages. The issue is still unresolved, and so I no longer have the option to change my tickets, if need be. It's not so much about the refund, more so that the way in which the matter was (un)resolved showed a complete ineptitude from Fever, and has left me feeling anxious about ever buying an experience that they are facilitating in the future. Refusing to refund is one thing, but being unable to communicate effectively is not okay. Very dissatisfied customer.

Booked the Loco-motion Paddington event at Blenheim Palace. It was grossly overpriced at over £80 for 2 adults & 1 child for a 55-minute experience. It was totally misrepresented and hugely underwhelming. When I fed back to Fever all of the issues encountered on the day coupled with the general disappointment in the event, they simply did not care. Their response was to refer me to their bookings T&C’s with not so much as a “thanks for the feedback” or “sorry you didn’t feel the experience was as hoped”. It felt like they had my money so they simply didn’t care. Luckily we are annual Blenheim Palace members so the day wasn’t a total write off but certainly not thanks to Fever!! If the event has been £10 pp, it would’ve been one thing but it was a total waste of money at a time when no one can afford to waste money. I will avoid ALL Fever events in the future.

Unethically, Fever made us pay twice for the same tickets and refused to refund 1 set of charges. The event was only about 40% sold, so they didnt lose on amy sale. Purely, unethical business!

I’ve got 2 tickets for a Candlelight concert in Amsterdam and coincidentally it happened on the same day of the Gay Pride. Because of the crowds in the streets, I was 4 minutes late and my entrance was denied. The people working there told me I could ask for my money back. When I contacted Fever they refused to give me my money back saying that somewhere in the policies I accepted that. And the following “We send you a list of frequently asked questions where we indicate that we ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the concert.” I think it’s a shame to place this important piece of info in a not easily visible place. It was denied any kind of refund. Since I’d happily accept going to another Candlelight concert. So I’ve lost €64 and the chance to go to a concert that I’ve been wanting to go to for a long time.

After purchasing 2 tickets for the Friends Experience got charged 46.00 on Groupon. It gave me a redemption code to finish my transaction on the Fever website. The fever website charged an additional 30.00. I’ve been back and forth with several Fever employees and they refuse to give me a refund !!!! Clearly they overcharged!! This is frustrating!!

An agent named Zane was the first staff member to respond to my query and was unhelpful and rude. Titania then took over my query and was friendly and professional. However, as a wheelchair user, I requested information regarding what “materials” would be provided at the Monet Experience in London, as the venue did not have step-free access to upstairs where further art was to be displayed. I was told that this information would not be released until 1 August when the tickets went on sale (negating my need to have a spot on the list for presale tickets). It is astounding that people with mobility issues are so totally unimportant to a company as large as Fever - oddly enough, we are humans and enjoy life! I know, it really does sound crazy, doesn’t it?!

I bought tickets and realised the view would be restricted. I asked to upgrade my ticket but they refused. I wasn’t asking for a refund but to pay more.

Five friends and I attended the Candlelight concert Coldplay tribute in Boston yesterday and I am sad to say, that it was quite disappointing. It took place in a synagogue - which could have been amazing but we could hardly hear anything the artists said on the microphone and the music was super soft as well. We were in zone C but I do think it should be possible to hear the music properly anywhere in the venue. There were also very few candles, which is obviously not a huge problem but all together this was not what we expected and it was not worth 40$.

I bought my wife a gift card for use on the Titanic exhibit in NYC. The process for getting tickets was convoluted and confusing. When we went to obtain the tickets - the ticket vouchers were applied to my fever account. Despite numerous attempts - the vouchers never appeared when I wanted to apply them to my ticket purchase. I almost accidentally bought more tickets via this process. After numerous logins - deleting the app (suggested by their support) - we found that the vouchers needed to be applied one at a time to separate ticket purchases. Just an awful experience. Do NOT use this to buy anyone a gift card!

Terrible customer service!!!!!! We purchased tickets for our 7 year old nephew. Took the day off work as did his parents. Showed up only to be turned away saying it was closed... we DID NOT get an email saying so. We emailed customer support seeing what they could do for us and all they did was say they would refund us the money as their BIG gesture.... like that's the bare minimum, I would have expected an apology and discounted tickets. But I guess that's too much to ask for a service that obviously cares or knows nothing about customer service. It's sad, don't even care about the money, more that this 7 year olds birthday was completely ruined. So thanks FEVER, thanks for that.

I changed my 4 tickets 2 hours and they charged me 2 booking fees. Then they explained that they could do nothing to help me and I couldn't speak to anyone else because calls can't be transferred. Awful customer service.

Made a mistake and within 10 minutes contacted customer services. They said nothing could be done, not even a credit note issued. Consequently, I’ve lost a lot of money and can’t attend an event I’ve paid for.

Terrible app that cancels all tickets you've bought without letting you choose how many to cancel. Contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they can do to help. Quality of Candlelight concerts are also so-so.
