“Be careful what you select on here. I recently lost my gold credit because of the new reward system. Accidentally bought a £30 gift voucher and they refused to refund me. I don’t see why to be honest as I’ve done a lengthy review for the orient express for them and have always been very supportive of the company. I think they could have given me the benefit of the doubt! It’s left me not wanting to use them anymore. Stick the £30 voucher. You’ve just lost a lot more money from me.”

“My friend discovered she had covid on the day so I chatted to them beforehand to ask about a refund for that one ticket and told them I was still going to use my own ticket and they said they would send an email re a refund voucher. Then they emailed after I had already used my own ticket to say they wouldn’t provide a voucher because I had used one of the tickets despite never having told me I couldn’t use my own ticket. They could easily have told me I wouldn’t get a refund if I used my own like I told them I was going to do. Very manipulative, avoid.”
“Fever customer service is so bad. One of the not helpful services. The ticket is pricey and shows are too short a time to spend. Customer service only can do is offered through vouchers. Like store credit. Do you know who has bad services or products they offered you store credit? .”

Last week I found out they have redeemed my tickets accidentally.
I have contacted them many times and they said they have contacted the appropriate department and they still waiting for the response.
At the same time they havent contacted me to give me an update.
I asked them for new tickets they said they can't give me new ones ,same with a refund ,I asked for their contact number or email of the department and apparently there isnt any.
They asked me to wait until further notice.
This is ridiculous.
I wouldn't recommend this app they take the money they used your tickets and they give you no solution but to wait.

“We used Fever to purchase west end show tickets in London. Our card was charged 69 per person x 5 and we received tickets in our app. We arrived to the location advised by fever 15 min before the show and they refused to let us on since Fever didn’t send over our reservation. We tried contacting fever and they said they would give us a refund and it has been impossible to get someone to respond or issue a refund. It was our group and another group of ladies in the lobby that were not allowed to get into the show. Fever collects the money but then needs to confirm the reservation with the venue and they failed to do that. Book your tickets direct and do not use Fever.”

This company us a joke and it bites that you have to use them to get tickets. I wanted to change the time on my ticket to a museum exhibit. This was my first time using their horrible service. They cancel the ticket but do not tell you that it is going to cost you additional money to do this. Once it is cancelled they move it to a voucher for the same event and then you have to pay another charge for the same ticket. I was not asking to change days or cancel the ticket.
When I called them and explained that I was not paying the upcharge and to just give me my original ticket back she told me they would send me an email in about an hour. They will not give you nay information over the phone and will not work with you. Not surprising NO EMAIL and now no ticket but they have my money. I am filing a compliant with the better business bureau and suggest that you do not use this service. Pay the extra at the door and have a guaranteed ticket.
Now I am stuck with a voucher that I cannot use and they refuse to refund my money!!!! Scammers, Liar and horrible customer service.”

Warning the app is glitchy.
We were excited to book our tickets for April we checked the time date numbers of tickets added our voucher and proceeded to purchase. The app screen come up with error with purchase massage I tried to purchase again the app screen said tickets already purchased. I then whent to check the tickets had been purchased only to find the tickets had changed date and the month completely to a day we were not available for London.
I tried the chat and calling numerous times and had no joy.
as all they say is they can not refund tickets. I also left a similar review on android play they contacted me asking for More information but have not replied.
Reading through the other reviews on Google play this app glitch and incorrect dates happens often.
I lost £75 worth of vouchers with this company and £56.08 of cash
I would avoid this company at all costs and book with the theatre direct.”
“Having been told my fever up wallet contained £66 but it was not accessible. I asked Fever what to do and Andrea quickly sent back info about my wallet that sounded plausible. At this point I rated them as helpful and kind hahaha. Needless to say the promise of a reward is just a come-on to spend more. It has taken a lot of time and effort to buy my Dali exhibition tickets at full price but won’t use Fever again.”

“I got the VIP ticket with the dinner and it was absolutely horrible!!!! Not just the choice of food,but also the fact that the menu it’s set and if anyone has any kind of food allergies etc… they would not be able to make any changes!!! All the experience was cheap and very low low level…. I am right now disputing all the amount. So not very worth it,specially any kind of VIP tickets and services!!!
