“My initial payment for tickets said denied. The next day I went online and bought tickets, only to find out that my first transaction did go through. They refused to refund me. Nothing but greed! If I could give them zero stars, I would”
“We arranged to meet our friends last Friday night 18/7/25 at The Shaw Theatre to see the Ballet of Lights to find that there was a crowd of people and some very upset children outside as it had apparently been cancelled, yet not one of us had received an email or any notification of the show not going ahead. This event was booked back in May.
Having travelled to London specifically to see the show with our friends, you can imagine the disappointment and anger; not only ours but everyone else’s as well!!
That’s without all the inconvenience of rushing around having to have an early dinner at home, having issues with cancelled trains etc…..
How hard is it for Fever or The Shaw Theatre to send out an automated email advising us of the cancellation?!! I checked with all the other disappointed people outside and not one of us had received one!!!!! In fact one couple said this was the second time it had happened to them!!!
Having contacted both Fever (the event organiser) and The Shaw Theatre direct, I have still not been given an explanation as to why this happened. The theatre did not even have a note on the door and it was completely void of anyone.
Yes, we got our ticket money refunded after complaining, however they have refused to pay our travel costs!!
Please be aware of this if you book any performances via Fever or at The Shaw Theatre.”
“I booked the squid games experience at London Excel for myself, my husband and my 7 year old daughter. On the day of the event, we left in plenty of time but on the way there, we hit traffic due to accidents and the weather. I emailed Fever to let them know and they said I should speak to the staff when I arrive and they will help me. We arrived 30 minutes late and the staff would not let us enter and told me to contact Fever for a refund or to change the date. I contacted Fever and they would not do anything to help. £100 completely down the drain. Utterly disgusting company.”
“I was very disappointed with my experience with Fever.
I had purchased tickets for an event and, 48 hours in advance, I simply wanted to reschedule from Monday to Thursday due to a last-minute scheduling conflict. I wasn’t asking for a refund or a transfer — just a simple date change so I could still attend.
I called right away, just 2 minutes past the online change window. Despite explaining the situation, I was met with a firm refusal. What’s worse is that after that, it was impossible to speak to a real person — I only received automated replies that ignored the specifics of my situation and repeated the same copy-pasted policies.
I’ve bought many tickets through Fever in the past, but this experience showed me how little they value their customers. No flexibility, no understanding, no real support.
Disappointing and frustrating. I won’t be using Fever again, and I can’t recommend it to others.”
“I booked two tickets to The Tarot Lounge: A Mystical Cocktail Experience through Fever as a birthday gift. The event was advertised as a 90–120 minute immersive experience with professional tarot readers, themed cocktails, and symbolic insights. In reality, it was chaotic, cheap, and nothing like what was sold.
We were asked to sit on benches piled with another group’s belongings.
The host read awkwardly from a script and rushed through the 'history of tarot' in under 3 minutes.
The 'tarot-themed cocktails' began at £17. Our included drink was an off-menu, poorly made Sex on the Beach.
The atmosphere was more badly run nightclub than mystical lounge.
After 90 minutes of waiting, my 5-minute tarot reading didn’t answer my question and mentioned a fictional new moon happening tomorrow (it did not).
The 'free crystal' was a plastic baggie of gravel.
I contacted Fever for a refund. They repeatedly cited their 'no refunds' policy, even after I explained the event was materially misrepresented and breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They eventually offered me a £15 voucher, which I declined. I’m now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and have reported them to Trading Standards.
Fever acts as the retailer. The contract is with them, not the event organiser. Their refusal to engage meaningfully, escalate to a manager, or acknowledge consumer rights is disgraceful.”
“This is a really awful company, with terrible customer service. Do not use ever.
Booked a boat ride in London today at 11am, it never turned up. Two and a half hours later, no response. Then got told any resolution would take 48 hours. Wasted my day and their customer service agents are rude and do not care.
Avoid at all costs, they will waste your time and keep your money”
“Bought VIP tickets for "Authentic Flamenco" for June 2024 (bought in April). On the day of the event, we arrive few minutes late due to lack of parking. we circled the area for more than 90 min trying to find parking (documented with car's app) due to construction. Parked 30min walk away and ended up arriving late. We were refused entry but the Fever rep at the door gave us a customer service phone number to call and get a refund. When we did that, they refused rescheduling or refunding the tickets despite us arriving in the area more than 45min to the start. Never bought anything through Fever again and I keep sharing my story with family, friends, strangers to persuade them to walk away from any event with tickets bought through Fever. Daylight robbery.”
“After my withdrawal request was denied, I was unable to access my trading account. In addition to being quite frustrated, I was worried that I would lose my investment in this circumstance. Similar account issues are encountered by many investors, which can cause them to lose faith in trading platforms. However, after I contacted them C O V S E C L T D effectively assisted me in getting all of my cash back.”
“I gained important insight into the significance of performing in-depth research on a firm before using their services. I was appreciative that C O V S E C L T D * C O M not only took my grievance seriously but also acted quickly to assist me in getting all of my funds back. In addition to offering a sense of comfort, their prompt and considerate acts showed their commitment to guaranteeing client happiness.”

“ooked a Mystical Tarot Lounge experience. Cocktail and tarot reading in Manchester, paid £30 very excited.
The venue changed, it was unclear how the event was working when we got there after leaving work early and paying for parking.
Nice cocktail, no complaints with The Alchemist, but what we didn't bargain for was a 5 minute tarot reading. A complete rip off! Left feeling really disappointed and duped.
To add insult to injury, Fever will not refund us and just keep sending ridiculous replies saying "thanks for your feedback"
Customer service poor - event poor - don't waste your money.”
“I’m beyond grateful to Alpha Recovery Firm for helping me recover the money I lost to an online scam. I was skeptical at first, but their team proved to be knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly dedicated. They handled everything professionally and made what seemed impossible a reality. Thanks to them, I got my funds back and finally have peace of mind. If you’ve been scammed, don’t hesitate—Alpha Recovery Firm is the real deal.”
“Company is a scam. Sold us 4 tickets for Banksy closing night for 6pm, while the venue closed at 5pm. Filed support ticket with 3 agents. Got denied 3 times.”
“It all started with excitement and the promise of a great return, but soon turned into a financial disaster, leaving me with a $145,000 loss. When I finally realized I had been taken by a scam, I was overwhelmed with emotions—shame, regret, and an uncertain path forward. That’s when I came across Mrs. Olivia and her team. I was hesitant at first, but their professionalism and clear communication reassured me. They didn’t make any unrealistic promises but instead focused on what was possible. In the end, they managed to recover a significant portion of my funds, which felt like a miracle.”
“Tried to pay for an event, but the payment froze (the loading wheel kept spinning). I tried again an hour later and it went through, but the amount was charged twice. Fever’s response was disgraceful – they just said there’s nothing they can do.”
“My initial tickets were discounted due to an early bird special. Unexpectedly they were cancelled for that date. When I transferred them to a later date, I was charged the full amount plus a booking fee. No, I am definitely not happy with the service I received.”
“After a complex labyrinth of windows and add ons, we came to find out that while we had intended to buy tickets for a future date, it somehow purchased tickets for the date of purchase instead. After finding this out when trying to access our now expired tickets, the customer service was an absolute nightmare. We had the unfortunate luck of getting rocío as our customer service rep who seemed as if he lived off of passive aggressiveness and pettiness. Trying to resolve any issue with any of their service members is like trying to pull teeth, especially when they refuse to communicate over the phone for “customer safety”. After spending over 100$ for the titanic experience I would have thought there would be the slightest bit of care towards their customer. Instead they worked hard to ensure myself and my partner never attend another fever event again.”
