I sought out their services, hoping for expert guidance and a solid investment strategy, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match my expectations. In less than a month, I lost $21,500—a setback that was not only financially painful but also emotionally taxing. It’s easy to feel frustrated in situations like this, and in hindsight, I wish I’d spent more time researching and understanding the risks involved before jumping in. However, despite the setback, I’m thankful that I reached out to Mrs Olivia and her team. They offered immediate, professional assistance that helped me recover the funds I had lost. Their support was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and it gave me the confidence to move forward. I’m deeply appreciative of their efforts and couldn’t have navigated through this without them.

One mistake, no help, no human support – very disappointing What should have been a great day turned into a big disappointment. A simple mistake led to unusable tickets, and despite multiple attempts, Fever offered no flexibility, no personal support, and not even a voucher or discount. The event hasn’t even taken place yet, the tickets were never used, and I wasn’t asking for a refund – just a fair solution. All I got were automated replies. I’ll think twice before booking with Fever again, and I’ll make sure others are aware too.

Worst customer experience asking for a refund. I got 3 different stories and still not even sure what the the reason for the final refusal was. We purchased tickets for Titanic for 4:00. We didn't get in until 4:30. VR experience was a joke. No more Fever

Customer service is horrible. Event people who use this for tickets should be boycotted. Won’t let you change times unless you give 48 hours notice. Difficult to do when you put it in and try to change immediately after purchase.

I had one of the worst customer experiences with Fever. I booked tickets for an event and contacted them within 10 minutes to cancel due to a serious health issue affecting one of the participants. The event was still weeks away, and I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable – just a refund, reschedule, or even a credit. Their answer? A cold copy-paste reply: “Tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions.” No empathy. No understanding. No customer care. Meanwhile, the same event is available on other platforms like Viator and GetYourGuide, where you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Fever simply chooses to be rigid and profit-driven at the expense of customer trust. I will never use Fever again and strongly recommend avoiding it – especially when there are so many better, more humane alternatives.

Horrible experience. I was given the impression that VR was included. The building was 3 levels and you had to go up and down steps which were gross. Worst $70 I've spent in a long time. If you're in the Cincinnati area do not go to this exhibit.

My husband and I purchased tickets for the Titanic exhibit a month in advance. Unfortunately, I became severely ill and was unable to attend. When I requested to reschedule, they refused to accommodate the change. If you’re considering buying, be aware that if you get sick, you’ll lose your money. I recommend purchasing tickets on the day of the event to avoid this issue.
