“I wanted to change the date of my ticket due to illness and this was immediately offered, which is great, however the only way to do this was to cancel ALL tickets associated with my booking which I couldn't do, as the people I was going with could still make the event, and couldnt change their dates. Surely there should be a way to cancel just part of a booking. Very disappointing- I can't go and I've lost the money! Definitely something to be aware of if you're booking tickets for more than just yourself!”
