I had a very good experience with fever.com I had booked the tickets for van gogh the imersive experience and the timings was wrong on it but fever.com was very quick to sort it out once I emailed them about it

Software error charged me twice. Responded to my query almost immediately and refunded there and then. Can't fault the speed to put it right. Makes a refreshing change.

Very disappointed about the help I'm getting regarding purchasing tickets for the Flamenco event. I'm being told to choose an experience but there is no option to do this.
