I needed to change the date of my experience as my mother had died and I couldn't go. You couldn't have been more helpful, I had a voucher issued almost immediately. It was quick and easy on line service.

Customer service extremely impressive (especially as booking to a particular event was made on a Sunday! Shout out to Isabela. This outfit are a credit to customer service and other online firms should definitely take note as, in order to keep customers, they should be treated fairly and with respect. Great event experiences on offer and will be sure to book again and soon! Go Fever!

I accidentally paid for tickets when I had a voucher to use. Very fast and efficient service! A refund issued same day-on a Sunday too!

My friend and I are not well so had to cancel within 24hrs ! My email was responded to immediately and I received a voucher to book for a later date. Re-Booked and happy. The process was easy from start to finish.

Made a booking but selected the right date, but wrong time. Only noticed it after payment. Fever reacted after my request to change the time promptly and issued a voucher which enabled me to book again ... this time with the right time. Whole process/communication went smoothly. Thanks!
