After purchasing 2 tickets for the Friends Experience got charged 46.00 on Groupon. It gave me a redemption code to finish my transaction on the Fever website. The fever website charged an additional 30.00. I’ve been back and forth with several Fever employees and they refuse to give me a refund !!!! Clearly they overcharged!! This is frustrating!!

Quick response on email after I panicked when I couldn't see the event I had booked 4 tickets for on the Fever web site. The team got back to me super quickly to say don't panic, that the event was full so it had been taken off the site. Phew!

Received two confirmation emails with tickets which confused me. Had I made a double booking? Support confirmed after one day that they only had one reservation.

In error I put in the wrong time that I wanted to visit. I went on to live chat and my problem was sorted very quickly snd efficiently. I was sent a refund voucher and was then able to rebook correct time snd date. Absolutely no problem at all.
