“Absolutely horrendous service. I accidentally cancelled my tickets and I had paid for the refund option. Contacted them explaining the accident, at first they seemed reasonable, but after being told that I could get a refund and re-purchase the tickets, I kept receiving emails saying that I had not responded and therefore my request had been closed. Having had several "conversations" using their live chat service, this kept playing out, being told the same thing over and over again and me not being able to send them messages. The issue is still unresolved, and so I no longer have the option to change my tickets, if need be. It's not so much about the refund, more so that the way in which the matter was (un)resolved showed a complete ineptitude from Fever, and has left me feeling anxious about ever buying an experience that they are facilitating in the future. Refusing to refund is one thing, but being unable to communicate effectively is not okay. Very dissatisfied customer.”
