Booked some tickets today , for tomorrow! When I was paying I it in the wrong card details, so it took me back . Ended up with thanks for buying your event tickets dated today . Excellent customer service. I do think the company should offer refunds in certain cases, though that's not the fault of the customer service team.

Fever answered my many questions promptly and accurately. They were extremely helpful resulting in the best outcome for me. I was able to get the exchange voucher I needed instantly to rebook my experience day with no trouble whatsoever. Thank you.
