“Whilst the product was what I ordered the delivery of these products was abysmal. Only part of the order was delivered on time, It took 6 days for the rest of the order to be delivered. As the product were fascias, soffits and guttering it resulted in extra costs for me as the workmen could not work due to a lack of parts plus extra costs for the scaffolding. When I raised this with both the company and their courier they washed there hands of the problem. So much for service.”

“I found the website difficult at the end of the ordering, for it wouldn't let me put in my financial details. This meant phoning the Company. It then appeared that they could see the order, and told me I could complete the order by providing the payment details, which I did. Whether this was a one off problem I do not know. In every other respects the order was processed in the normal way and the goods delivered as promised.”

“Ordered Facia Boards for a home project, and arrived when they expected, very polite and helpful after sales service too, this is a company that wants to make sure its providing a good service to its customers from i experianced , even after the point of sale. Would definatley buy from here again in the future!!!!”

“hi I'm waiting on the one missing item that wasn't delivered and 4 items were delivered damaged, once sorted happy to amend this review assuming it is resolved ASAP, the other items I did receive were all fine. Kind regards”

“Goods ordered on 15/05/15, purchase cost taken from bank account on 18/05/15, and delivered to incorrect address on 03/06/15. Email sent on date of delivery to complain - still awaiting a reply.”
