I found the website difficult at the end of the ordering, for it wouldn't let me put in my financial details. This meant phoning the Company. It then appeared that they could see the order, and told me I could complete the order by providing the payment details, which I did.
Whether this was a one off problem I do not know.
In every other respects the order was processed in the normal way and the goods delivered as promised.
