“Initial contact was disappointing, particularly as I've bought from you before and found your service excellent. This was my third purchase, admittedly over ten years. But then as a domestic purchaser there's only so much guttering you can buy! My reason for sticking with you is that you do a good quality 75mm 'shed' guttering that I have not easily found elsewhere. My first call answer-er seemed stressed and unable to cope with my lack of knowledge and just referred me to your website. Which didn't help as I couldn't find any linkage to 75mm. I had already looked prior to the call and that was why I was ringing. Anyway, I rang back later in the hope of getting some-one else, which I did, a guy called Rob. Rob was very helpful, advising me of the 'shed' nomenclature and sorted the order out for me. An excellent ambassador for your business. Should I need more guttering I shall be back and asking for Rob!”

“First order arrived very promptly. Having missed some items off the order we placed a second order. This however had the wrong house name on and consequently was only delivered when the kind neighbour returned from being away for a few day. Overall product is good quality and we would highly recommend buying from them.”

“I needed the two soil pipe bends to form a swan neck so the soil pipe could be brought out from the wall by 60mm for external wall insulation. The external air admittance vent cowl is pushed in the top and the job has now been done and it looks fine. Prompt delivery and at reasonable cost.”

“Ordered some eves filler about 3 weeks ago! Still haven't received my order, when I call I am put on hold for 10 minutes and then told someone will call me in a few days! Awful online service, very unhelpful, steer clear from this company if you don't want to be ripped off!!!”

“VERY good service. I spoke with Rob a couple of times, and he couldn't of been more helpful. The order was spot on, and arrived on the day he said it would.
