“delivery was quick but some of the fittings where damaged or parts where missing, rubber seals and gutter clips from the connectors. when I rang the office to get these missing / broken parts sent I was informed that they would be posted. I said I needed them for the next day, but as you no longer provide next day delivery I had to rely on Royal Mail. they didn't turn up on time and I hade to fit the broken section which I will need changing later. As I will need to re-hire a tower to do this it will not be a 5 minute job ... thanks for that ! I have used you twice before and every time something is wrong. I would advise anyone using your company to order well in advance to completing the work to allow for the delivery of missing and wrong parts. Regards, Mr J Leach”
