I am sorry to say that the delivery service has been terrible. Tuffnells gave us a delivery date that they didnt achieve and still havent. We received 1no of 3no boxes sent on Saturday by a very not helpful delivery person and we are still waiting for the 2 other items to arrive. Not very good service at all. I know this is a sub contracted company used for delivery of your items but at the end of the day we contract your company to deliver a service and this is not being done efficiently. We are waiting for the other items to be delivered and we have no information whatsoever as to where they are not why they only delivered one item when the vehicle used was clearly big enough to carry the other two items.
