“Whilst the service and delivery of my order went smoothly , the product I had ordered was far from the quality I had expected. The steak knives in the cuttlery set could barely cut through a slice of corned beef let alone a piece of steak. These were to replace an older cutlery set of the same brand which had lasted for years. It's a shame that the quality hasn't been maintained.”

“Love the knife set and it cuts fantastically. However the blade and the tip of the chef knife looks bent and it is noticeable on the block. I could not be bothered with the hassle of shipping back and having to then wait for a replacement, so just need to live with it. If it wasn’t for that it would be 5 star.”
