“I bought Camelot Chess pieces but unfortunately they didn’t come with a chess board. I selected the Helena Solid Walnut chess board with mother of pearl but I wasn’t sure if it would match the chess pieces. I phoned Customer Service and spoke to Caitlyn and on her advice I bought both the board and the chess pieces. Caitlyn was so helpful, friendly and efficient. She organised for a photo to be taken with the board and chess pieces together and sent them to me to help me decide. Both items arrived very quickly and I was absolutely delighted with them excellent quality. The set is a Christmas present for my son and I know he will be delighted with it. I would highly recommend Farrar and Tanner. I have dealt with them several times before and I will definitely deal with them again and any advice you might need just phone their customer service it’s excellent.”
