“I ordered a glass tumbler with a copper trim around the base as present for my husband on our 22nd wedding anniversary. It arrived quickly, safely packaged and the glass itself is really lovely. Husband was impressed and has made it clear to the rest of the household it is ‘his’ tumbler. Considering order myself one now.”

“I bought this personalised Ruby Port in a box for my husband on our Ruby wedding anniversary. I am absolutely delighted with it, looks lovely and they were so helpful when I was setting up my message for the box. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Not given to my husband yet but I am sure he will enjoy the contents! Would definitely use them again for another special occasion gift.”

“Very pleased with beautifully engraved glass for an Angler. It was bought as a birthday gift so he hasnt yet seen it. It was safely wrapped, so couldnt suffer any damage during posting. I would recommend Farrar & Tanner, for special gifts”

“Hi Product was fine but I paid for next day delivery for a birthday present but it didn’t come on time. I notified and with a bit of communication it was resolved and the next day delivery charge was refunded. But the present was too late for the birthday and I had to post it on afterwards as t arrived too late for me to take with me on the birthday visit. This was disappointing and I felt I paid extra to guarantee this not happening. I was hoping to find a reliable company, I like your brand, for future dealings. We have recently set up a forest school in Staffordshire. Thanks”
