“I ordered the Farrer & Tanner multi blade pen knife for my brother as a going away gift to the army. He was absolutely over the moon with it, and loved the inscription I had arranged to be put into it. Brilliant service and excellent cost will purchase from Farrar & Tanner again”

“First off, I was worried it may have not have made it to me in one piece. But the extra care taken to package the item safely which was great. I loved the fact when I read the picking/packing note that it had been hand signed by the separate people that did it. Which was a nice touch as its a special item. This glass is for my first year anniversary with my partner, absolutely beautiful! Exceeded expectations!! The colouring in the crystal is stunning! Definitely recommend! As well as I would recommend for the customer service standards they deliver.”

“I ordered an engraved chopping/serving board and paid extra for next day delivery. Arrived on time, engraving correct and board exactly as per image on the website. Was a housewarming gift and the recipient was very happy with it. Will definitely shop here again and is an easy recommend.”
