“Ordered the classic No.8 Opinel gift pack engraved online and followed up with a phone call to ensure price not included as sent direct to gift recipient. Very helpful gentleman was able to locate the online order and assure me that this would not be included.I had not realised that a sharpening stone was not included, and he offered to add a small stone free of charge. The knife gift pack with engraving and postage was quite expensive so was really happy with that gesture.”

“I bought this manicure set as a special present for my daughter, although it came nicely wrapped and the case very good quality the contents were a disappointment. The clippers and nail scissors were good as described but the cuticle tools were plastic and very cheap and poor quality we have returned it.”
