“Bought a chess set for my Nephews 30th birthday which arrived promptly. It was securely and safely packaged with the chess set in perfect condition. My nephew loved the walnut finish and the chess pieces too. Well done Farrar and Tanner”

“We paid for express delivery and the product came quickly (even sooner than expected). However, the product was a bit messy and had a mark on the front from where the stags head was glued on. Unfortunately this was needed quickly as a gift and we did not have time to return. This should have been noticed when the product was being engraved, it was very obvious and I noticed it as soon as I took the product out of the package.”
