“Everything went smoothly. Items came on time and in good order. Wanted nest day shipping but was 5 to 10 minutes after order time as had some internet issues with verification. Went on chat and they took my invoice number and Everything went well. Thanks again. It was a wine gift and the recipient was pleased.”

“The engraving looked perfect and I am happy with the quality of the design. However, the blade arrived with several scratches and blemishes. I am disappointed with the handling and quality checks that allowed this through.”
