“Quick delivery, 1st class customer service, cannot fault. My first glass clock arrived damaged (most likely during delivery). I immediately ordered another as its a gift for someone and unfortunately, it was unavailable. The team sent an email quickly to advise of other options. They picked out two lovely clocks, and covered the additional cost as i had already placed the order. My order came literally a couple days later, engraved too! Thank you very much for the brilliant service. Also, the clock is beautiful.”
