“My secateurs arrived on time, and well packaged. You even get a spare blade, and spring. The hand grip is well designed, to enable a firm grip for the thicker stems. A very good product, indeed. I would recommend FARRAR AND TANNER to anyone. I for one will be using them again.”

“I am sorry to say we are not happy with the packaging at all.It was an anniversary gift to a couple on their special day and the paper and cotton which was wrapped on the champagne flutes is of very low quality and is torn . The champagne flutes were full of finger prints and this was not expected at all from a brand like yours.We had to wrap them in new covers and clean the flutes before gift wrapping.Overall very poor service for the amount we paid for as my next day delivery(which was reversed to my account) was also cancelled and the parcel arrived right on the day of party.I’m attaching the pics for reference.Wouldn’t recommend this as the service is not worth the amount we pay for”
