“This was my first experience dealing with Farrar & Tanner. I have not been too impressed: I tried to amend my order - failed Communications with Farrar & Tanner via email was a bad failure It was difficult to obtain a detailed deliver date 7 time Most importantly, I ordered 2 engraved boxes and one was the wrong box Sorry, this will be my first & last time dealing with them”

“very nice finish on this folding knife. unique design and very sharp, the display box is solid and well thought out. i like the minimilist appearance and the heritige behind the brand. recommend this as a gift or for yourself. no.8 is a practical size, not too big, nor too small, fits the hand nicely”

“I bought a bottle of Champagne in a wooden box which I had engraving on the box to celebrate my son and daughter in laws 25th wedding anniversary They absolutely loved it and said it was a lovely gift The whole experience was great, from the ease of the ordering right through to delivery Well done!!”

“order was due to be delivered by royal mail, we then received a note from royal mail to say sent back to farrar and tanner as not addressed correctly. we rang farrar and tanner and no problems they offered to send another item out immediately to the correct address without receiving the one back from royal mail. excellent service!”

“My items arrived quickly and well protected as they were fragile. I would expect the outer packaging to be a little more professional though i.e. in a Farrer and Tanner branded box perhaps, not one that was plastered in packing tape and a little too small! The goods, although totally unopened, as they are a personalised gift, look super and the cost of engraving was minimal. I would definitely consider using your website again.”

I'm sorry to see that the order arrived in a plain box, we do ship our orders out in branded box so I'm very sorry that this wasn't the case.
