“Ordered the thistle Tumbler as a gift for my partner, personalised with engraved messages and gift wrapped….. everything looked amazing, only one thing I felt spoiled it slightly was the invoice was also wrapped up inside the box. Probably an oversight but you don’t wouldn’t leave the price tag on a bouquet of flowers would you? Absolutely stunning quality of the product and gift wrapping. Overall 9/10”

“I purchased the precision secateurs and the stainless steel long thin trowel - having the trowel personalised with a friend's name and birthday (80th) They came very well packaged and the quality of both items is excellent. I was bought these same two items for my birthday last October and they have been in constant use, so I could buy with confidence for my friend's birthday gift.”

“Nothing to fault with the 10x10" set recently purchased. The board is a lovely piece of work for its size, the pieces are well defined and relative to each other in size. I can hold the magnetic board upside-down with all pieces staying on the board. As per another reviewer, the only 'complaint' I have is that there are no spare queens for promotion, and I don't see an option to buy the pieces as a separate transaction. Overall, a very stylish board and pieces. Highly recommended!”

“Great Customer Service Team & Support. I placed an order for a Colleague who was retiring and although the order was sent out the same day, it still hadnt arrived the day before we were travelling to our Meeting a week later, where we were going to present our colleague with the gift. Royal Mail had several of strikes. When i called Farrer and Tanner and explained the situation they resent the order out again for next day delivery to the Hotel we were staying at. I dont know what i would have done without their help, as we would have had no gift to present. Once again thank you so much for all your help and support and the fantastic customer service.”
