“Unfortunately you were not able to supply the ordered item. Because of the delay in advising me that you could not supply I had to accept a substitute item, not the Barbour belt I had wished to purchase. The rating does not relate to the quality of the item shown above”

“Bought a Mele & Co Watch Display Box as a Birthday Gift. The decorative packaging arrived damaged/ ripped and the paint on the box was blistered. Not impressed with the quality control before shipping. As this was purchased last minute, I had no time to return. I had to give to gift with some apologies.”

“This is a review of Farrar and Tanner, not the product I purchased. In terms of service, the website was well designed, purchase was straightforward and delivery very fast. Items were dispatched quickly, were well packaged and arrived safely. The quality of one of the products was not quite as I had hoped but I do not believe this was the fault of Farrar and Tanner. Perhaps the item description could have been better.”

“i received my chef knife however it was originally missing the engraving i had chosen. i contacted the customer service team and a replacement knife with the correct engraving was shipped out to me with next day delivery free of charge just in time to give this gift to the recipient. thank you for the great customer service and solution to my problem.”
