“Whilst the package was delivered as advised. As I ordered 4no plants that were described as having 5no plug plants in each package I was shocked to find that infact when planting into pots as recommended I could only find what looked like 2no plants on each with plenty of soil and roots. These are now planted but I am concerned that these will not grow as I had hoped.”

“After placing my order the lack of communication was a problem. In my order it stated plants would be delivered February/March. As I was going on holiday beginning of April I needed to know my plants wouldn't be delivered when I was away. Having heard nothing I contacted you to chase my order. Communication after that was good.”

“Health looking perenial roots with the compost which they were bagged in still damp. Previous years, I think the packaging has been more luxurious ie the note-lets and paper. Postage costs to the uk is what puts me off ordering more often from yourselves, I really cant justify it. All in all, healthy plants, simple yet effective ordering. Excellent service.”

“Always great quality bulbs. Didn't quite arrive by the maximum date I had to follow up on order. It would be so handy if there was a picture of the flower on the label for laying them out in the garden. I bought 300 bulbs/ corms from you between 2 orders and it would speed up planting! I always buy from Farmer Gracy. The bulbs are excellent and grow very well.”
