There was great choice on the website which was easy to use. My bulbs arrived in good time, with useful information & packaged in environmentally friendly packaging. The odd bulb has been dead (>5%) but otherwise they seem very healthy. The proof will be seen in the spring when they bloom.

Have been very pleased in the past. And happy this time, only my tete daff bulbs nearly all appeared to feel hollow. Planted anyway so let's see what happens.

Ordered crocus bulbs generally very good except one pack had 9 not ten bulbs and another had one shrivelled unusable bulb . Price and delivery very good Viv

My bulbs arrived in good time, neatly packed in a box. Extra information leaflets were also provided about the bulbs I choose to plant this Autumn. I am now enjoying planting my new bulbs and looking forward to the results next spring!

Good quality and always arrive well packaged and with planting instructions. Sometimes have to wait a few extra days which can be annoying but otherwiose never a problem.

The bulbs are beautifully packaged and lovely to receive all the information on growing them and planting ideas. I do find it annoying that the week after I placed an order free delivery was offered. I placed another order last week to take advantage of free delivery and this week it’s 25% off!

I love the selection of plants and the customs service is the best, the only problem I have is the delivery time. When I order spring bulbs two years running they took forever to arrive it was after the recommended planted date even though i had ordered about 6 weeks before last planting date and unfortunately nothing came up. I did have to email them this year after about a month after i placed my order asking could they please send my order of spring bulbs as I need to get them into the ground, I received a email straight away and I received my order a week later. With some of the the spring bulbs i ordered you can wait to plant them untill February / march, but I've read they will flower much later and for shorter. Now saying that I did get summer bulbs which I ordered as soon as they were available and they set the garden into full colour did very well.

All varieties in our autumn range can be planted between September and mid December - we ship seasonally and preorders will not be sent until the correct time for planting. This is my second order, the first was 3 years ago and the tulips were stunning! I left some in the ground, others I removed and replanted - all have come out beautifully again. The Anemones did not do so well. This year I decided to add more colour and variety in tulips, daffodils and alliums and am nearly finished planting them. I look forward to the result in Spring.

Bulbs arrived in good order with the exception of the eremurus (foxtail lillies) I know they are difficult to pack but most of the spines had broken off with 2 out of the 3 bulbs. Planted them anyway Fingers crossed

They usually still grow without any issues if some of the roots have become detached, but if most of the roots are broken we would like to replace those for you. Website, ordering package and delivery always very good. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the fact that I had a number of "soft daffodil" bulbs in my autumn delivery, all other bulbs were good quality as usual
