“This was my first purchase, bought some delightful and unusual tulips, plus an extra pack for my sister. Arrived well packed complete with a 'how to grow guide' plus 10% discount for my next order. Bulbs all look good and healthy. Cant wait to see them in the spring! Will definitely be ordering from you again!”

Hello, Our orders are shipped in date order with the pre season orders shipping in late August - early September. If you prefer to receive your order at a time that differs to the date on the order confirmation, please kindly contact Customer Care and we can request for the order to be shipped at a later date. Bulbs can be stored and will remain fresh if left in their original packaging, in a cool, dry place. Please ensure the paper packs are opened and left open for storage. “Like most online shoppers for plants I have over the years purchased from various great companies, most of them are usually good but overall I have to say farmer Gracy are the best, I recently had a problem so rang customer services, the lady I spoke was great, she knew everything about the plants and sorted my problem immediately, also the receipts and information cards with the paintings/photo's on that come with your deliveries are brilliant, the plants are also always very well and safely packed, Thanks, Shaun Kirkbride, Harrogate”

“I haven't planted my tulips yet so I can't report on their efficacy, but they are well wrapped and feel firm. Previous bulbs I have had from FG have not disappointed. My only slight gripe is the use of Evri as courier. Their service is sloppy and careless. The local courier changes every 2 months or so but the current one has been pretty disrespectful, coming to my sitting room window and putting the parcel on the inside window ledge. One expects better service from an expensive company like FG!”

“I rate Farmer Gracy highly in every department but please, oh please stop using EVRi for your deliveries. They have never delivered to the correct address despite me leaving Customer Services messages telling them.”
