“I’d asked for my order not to be dispatched until I returned from holiday. Kate from Customer Service confirmed she’d ensure it wasn’t delivered until my return - great news! Unfortunately, on the afternoon I was due to leave, the parcel arrived 🥶meaning I had to rush to plant up around 15 bare rooted perennials. Not what you need to get you in the holiday mood!”

“J'ai reçu le plant d'agapanthus Blush Pink et au bout de 3 jours de plantation, le plant est mort, tellement il était petit à sa réception. Il avait 3 petites feuilles de 3 cm de hauteur et elles ont pourri. Je voudrais recevoir un nouveau plant bien vivant avec des feuilles plus grandes. C'est une honte de vendre un tel plant à plus de 13 €. Dans l'attente de vous lire, cordialement.”

“From ordering to receiving everything was first class. The packaging was outstanding, everything arrived in perfect condition. Can't speak to highly enough of this company. You even get instructions on each plant or bulbs on planting where and in what location is best, all comes in a pretty envelope with your order and a free post card.. thank you Farmer Gravy”
