“Very pleased with Gracy. I just received my package and it was really nicely packed. With a few lovely postcard in the package which was very nice surprise the website is really well done and I love all the advice on each of the products page. The customer service is also amazing. I recommended the website to a couple people already and looking forward to re-order soon!”

“Plants - Alstromeria Claressa, Alstromeria Princess Sara have completely dry, rotten roots, as well as Spigelia Little RedHead - they are unusable. Papaver Picotee - there was no root in the soil of one plant. The plants that I ordered last year were of higher quality. The plants were delivered this morning and I planted them immediately.Please send me the plants mentioned again. I am sending foto plants.”

“I have ordered from farmer gracy for many years, but unfortunately I had a problem with tulips I planted, I explained the situation that they did not seem to be coming up this spring as per usual, I was met with a refusal to take any responsibility as they said I had planted from a little later than normally even though I planted paper whites at the Same time and they came up, no problem, so I’m not very happy with this company and will unfortunately not be purchasing from them in future”

Tulip bulbs require planting by mid December so if these were planted after this time then this may affect the growth of the bulbs. They typically need to spend winter outside, spending at least 12 weeks in temperatures below around 10C in order to grow and flower properly in spring. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

“I ordered from overseas in the US to London. This company was easy to order from and offered helpful information about planting in their climate. It was delivered on time with good communication. The prices were reasonable. They appeared to be packaged well and arrived in good shape. My recipient followed the directions and planted accordingly. I like that the company is trying to be sustainable and environmentally responsible, appears to be women owned.”

“I have made several purchases in the past and generally found both the products and customer service supplied by Farmer Gracy to be of an excellent standard. However, in my latest purchase one of the items was delivered in a rotten state. I was not happy particularly as I have not received a response following 2 emails.”

“I have bought canna rhizomes from this company for many years. In fairness they have replaced the ones I have complained about(twice) and the final batch I have not even bothered planting. Very poor show.”
