“The plant was not in the pot x compost was all loose inside box ended up in the bin because it was dead. I'm not happy with the delivery option you chose. Could you try royal mail next time please. I request a refund or at least a replacement plant. I was upset 😡.”

“I ordered 8 assorted Astrania roots. They arrived very well packed with lovely healthy shoots sprouting. I would highly recommend Farmer Gracy. Im looking forward to seeing my plants in bloom. Provided a photo of 3 of the plants. I was informed of approximate delivery date when I placed the order, so knew I'd have to be patient.”

“First order with Farmer Gracy and can not complain. Ordered so many plans for my garden. When the order arrived i had missing two item (from a large order) and have contacted them. Straight away customer service have resolved my issue and i have received the missing items. Really happy with everything now lets see how the plants will grow.”

“I have been buying Farmer Gracy's bare root plants for some years now and cannot fault them. On their arrival, it does mean a rather frantic transferring of the plants into their pots, particularly if the weather is bad as it is now! However, it is lovely to see the little critters begin to respond and grow into healthy plants, ready to transfer to the border. If there should be any failures, which is a rare thing, Farmer Gracy always replaces the plant without a quibble, or if they have run out of stock, will refund the cost of that item. A very reliable plant supplier and I have recommended them to a number of friends who are also keen gardeners.”

“Tubers arrived perfectly packaged “Begonia Angelique” although I haven’t potted them up yet but looking forward to a lovely display Don’t normally like begonias but when I saw this variety i couldn't resist trying them! Another bonus was that they say they are scented too so I may turn out to be a convert”
