“I have contacted customer service about the very poor quality of my bare root delphiniums and Lupinus which arrived yesterday The few shoots are white- must have been in the dark for a considerable time and most are broken- this is due to the poor packaging unlike your 1st class bulbs which are packaged with care🙁”

“Thank you so much for sending bulbs to South Finland! I do have a home in Weston-super-Mare UK as well but working here in Finland at the moment. Havent put in pots yet but soon to take them in my balcony for summer. Will let you know later when they flowering While missing to be in Weston 😊”

“Normally very good, but latest order turned up as a bag of smelly clothes rather than the plants I bought. I realise this may not be the fault of FG and they did immediately re-send my order (still awaiting it's delivery), but maybe they should reconsider the courier company they use (Evri) if this is their fault”
