I’m very happy with my purchase. All my bulbs were packaged professionally with care keeping their shape and roots protected. I only have one small complaint, a couple of the bulbs I received were a different color than I ordered, however, it wasn’t a huge issue and I will definitely order again for fall bulbs.

Have had several orders from Farmer Gracy- large size bulbs which have grown well. However, a short while ago I ordered lots of Dahlias which arrived with most of the tubers detached- not good examples, but a word to the staff and they were immediately replaced with a new order which were back to great standard again. Not sure why poor in first place but service second to none to rectify.

I have used this company many times and have always been pleased with their product and service. When there has been a problem it is speedily rectified. The only reason I have not awarded 5* is that there seems to a lot of unnecessary packaging which, although nice, seems a waste of resources.

In my recent order I ordered plants rather than bulbs. Due to the British Easter holiday period the plants were in transit 10 days so initially concerned I was pleased when they arrived in a good condition. They were in a lovely soil in plastic bags with signs of healthy growth. I have potted them up and am currently growing them in a cold greenhouse until they are ready to be planted out in their final positions. I am pleased to say my last year’s order of Peony Bowl of Beauty is growing well.

Plants arrived well packaged and within delivery promise ,10 plants arrive but 2 seem to have died ,all in the same compost and in a cold green house and we have had no frost. 8 look very healthy .

It's hard to leave a review when the plants haven't bloomed yet but I wanted to leave a review because I think most people will struggle to know how to plant these bulbs as they are very unusual shapes (I'd never seen anything like them!) and it would really help for a card to be included for each type of plant that shows how they should be planted. Otherwise, my bulbs arrived well packed and in good condition. Fingers crossed I planted them forr correctly!

Very nice and healthy looking plants ready to pot on, very well packed and at a very reasonable price. The only.issue was that it took nearly a month for the order to arrive and I thought the order had been lost or misdirected

The delivery is always a lengthy process but the product I have always found to be, in general, excellent. The liatris are of excellent quality and extremely large and even though they were in the sale and you could generally expect them to have shot and started into growth in a negative way, they were perfect and had obviously been stored well and I have very high hopes for them. The anemone appears relatively small in size but I would expect customers who had purchased at the full price would have had the pick, I expected to have had a poorer quality plant but again, I have no doubts it will grow into a healthy plant.

All plants are packed carefully and creatively. My last order are delivered late April instead if "early April". I ordered three times and each time they send me a 10% discount code in a card which are all the same. This code can be used only once, so I just use it to one order. If they are running a free shipping, you have to chose wether you use the code or not. Hopefully, they will fix this. That promos should already be applied which allow customers to use the discount code sent to us by card.

I always find that they have very exotic plants that I’ve never seen anywhere else the w alocasia corms are now germinating very nicely and are good value for money.

Slowish delivery because coming from Holland. Size of bulbs acceptable but not fantastic--but proof of pudding will be in how well they grow. Fantastic range of plants available.
