“Arrived as ordered. The order was for begonias which we cannot plant out until frost danger has gone so cannot comment on quality of product.”

“Beautifully boxed and packaged bulbs. Just One tiny “ gripe” (as all of the packaging is recyclable) the staples fastening the bags are difficult to get open and off before reusing the paper. Would it be possible to close the bags in some other way? (I use the lovely bags to make birthday cards!) Cannot comment on the bulbs as yet,since it takes many weeks and months before they flower. I have to say that Most of my last years’ order survived the winter and are beginning to regrow.”

“I really wish I could of given five stars but I have had three orders now where there has been virtually nothing in the plastic bag except soil. I have to say on two of the three occasions the problem was put right for me but it left me disappointed in what I had received . However on other occasions and in the main the plants were healthy and hopefully will bring years of pleasure.”

“All the bare roots and bulbs arrived beautifully packed - hopefully they will grow beautifully too. Delivery was not too good. DPD did not knock at my door - threw the box over a fence and entered my name as 'signed' for the online tracking delivery notification - which I had not signed.”

“I had a long wait for my bulbs I e mailed the company to find out when they would be arriving and got a detailed e mail back explaining where they were.. on the whole i would use them again”

“I would say excellent, if it hadn’t been for an order for London delivery had ever got there. I think it was for Begonias. Anyway have ordered again hopefully. Otherwise lovely plants and service.”

“My overall satisfaction with FG is good. Occassionally there is a little problem which you fix but often it is minor and not worth me complaining. My last order was four packs of 3 lillies, two varieties, so 6 of each. One lillie in one batch was damaged, the shooting bud had broken off as a result of a small area of rot here the bud met the bulb. So one out of 12 is not drastic but a bit disappointing. The high standard of service and general quality of product I get from FG mitigates little problems like this. I guess my reaction to this sort of mishap is the result of the collateral you earn by the standards you usually maintain. Thank you.”

“The plants arrived within the suggested time. They were well packaged and protected. The instructions for their care were very comprehensive. I have only given four stars because the outcome and survival of the plants has still to be ascertained.”

“I love getting deliveries from farmer Gracy as they are so beautifully packaged and often include artwork on postcards as a little gift. They recently gave me a bonus £7.50 to spend just for being a loyal customer. Great company. Now for the downside. I tried last year to grow taccas and failed but wanted to try again this year. Sadly one arrived very slimy and I suspect it is rotten. I’ve optimistically planted it but not expecting results. I had this issue last year too. One of the corms looks great though and even has a little green on it so fingers crossed!”
