The website is fairly easy to navigate and there is a ton of good information on the plants/bulbs. Purchase was easy. I've learnt from past purchase that the delivery time is much longer than what the site says. I generally have to wait some weeks before I get the plants/bulbs.

Bulbs I've purchased have been good quality and very successful. They arrive well packaged in recyclable materials. Useful growing information is included. I love the website as it's easy to navigate, pictures are good, information is detailed. The suggestions of what goes with what are very useful. The downside, unfortunately is dispatch & delivery times. Delivery takes about 10 days to me in Scotland, fortunately it's not a problem for bulbs & not Farmer Gracys fault. Dispatch, which is under their control can also be slow. As of today, 27th April, they have not yet dispatched my order placed on April 15th.

The rubbekia are now showing new shoots but the Veronica were very small and looked very poor, I’m hoping they survive. All the other plants I’ve purchased have been first class.

The bulbs are good. However, the cost of postage charges are off putting. I therefore tend to take advantage of free postage offers.

Had a few deliveries no problem, last order came with one plant with an unusable rotted root. Emailed Farmer Gracy and received replacement plant within days. Good service.

Mostly very good, quality and service. Just one complaint this order which is that the lilies had already sprouted quite a lot so I’ve concerns for frost damage etc

The bulbs and corms were fantastic. Unfortunately one of the plants arrived with the new growth broken off. The peony is perfect and growing well.

Some dahlia tubers arrived really damaged. However customer services was exceptional in offering advice and replacing or refunding. Promptly. Tulips were amazing quality as were bare roots. Last years roots produced excellent flowers. All with accomanying instructions to help maximise success. Will be rebuying despite the above.

I love your product and find them to be very good quality. However they are costly, although I think your stationary is amazingly beautiful, I feel by using less expensive stationary, which find its way to the bin eventually, you could reduce the cost of your bulbs. Mimi Williamson, a great admirer of your company.

The stationary is provided at no extra cost, and many customers prefer printed instructions to be included in the parcel, and we hear feedback that the postcards and artwork are enjoyed. The Summer bulbs I bought have been potted up and all have started to produce shoots. There was good communication around the delivery of the bulbs

Farmer Gracy kept me well briefed on logistics for sending and receiving the roots and bulbs. The package arrived quickly and within the projection. Plants were well packed and ready for going into ground.

Took a little while to arrive - but products seem of good quality and all individually wrapped/clearly labelled, with planting tips and a complimetary postcard. Already planted in and awaiting growth thats if my local squirrels don't find them first... :/

The plants are good but the rebatesystem is awful mess and a the order form is really outdated. The times of dispatch are very uncertain.

I bought a total of 84 non stop begonias they was nicely packed . As I opened the brown paper bags .I was proper exited then I got deflated as ii opened the last . 6 of the tubers was small and all dried up,they looked like a cork when opened then up..9 of the tubers looked very ordinary,smaller than usual what you get from other on line shops. All the rest of the begonias was excellent Farmer Gracy standard begonias well pleased.

we received 2 times 3 bulbs , 5 of them are allready growing after 3 weeks . but the last one does not grow .
