“Excellent company. Wished I had discovered Farmer Grace before. Really good quality products across all selections I have made purchases on. Also good quality packaging and delivery, and kept up to date with in the process so I can get prepared for the arrivals. Need to get a bigger garden now. “Very easy to use website. They keep in touch to let you know when delivery will be, plants are healthy on delivery but difficult to give feedback on plants as they haven’t grown yet.”

“It’s always like Xmas when a box of farmer Gracy plants and bulbs arrive . I love the instruction leaflets and the little pack of cards etc as I buy many as gifts so voila a free card . The paper bags all get reused too. I bought Amaryllis from three different companies and the farmer Gracy bulbs were all of a superior size and quality . I also like the instructional videos on YouTube and that it’s owned and run by women gardeners who clearly have a good eye for special plants”

“Have ordered before and again now both bare root and bulbs. I have always been very happy with the quality of the plants and the packing and information on planting on them. To be honest I had a small hiccup with a couple of bulbs and emailed them. They dealt with my hiccup both quickly and in a sympathetic manner. Customer service was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend to others.”

“Bit disappointing that ordered plants under your free postage, but because they had a slight reduction which I did not know they did not qualify for free postage. So did not order.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping to the UK. If a discount code is used and the value is reduced under £50 then the delivery fee would be applied. “Would’ve been very good if you didn’t use Evri as the courier, they are terrible, never turn up when they’re supposed to and you’re lucky if you can find the parcel”
