“All great except for delivery in UK by Evri who just dumped my order on someone else's doorstop. This was despite my property being clearly signed on 3 different places. Would never use them if zi had a choice.”

“20 bareroot hollyhocks ordered, on receipt, 5 were rotten (25%!). Complained and 4 replacements were sent(?) of which 3 were rotten! Another replacement is on its way but I don't hold out much hope. Very poor quality, despite supposedly being checked on packing, should not have been sent out.”

“The bulbs arrived well packaged in compost and ready to plant. There were a couple of leaflets enclosed giving general planting tips and placement directions. Just wish there were more information on the actual labels as I had to go into website for more instructions. I’m a new gardener so not used to tubers. Here’s hoping they do grow now. Fingers crossed 🤞”

“This was my first time ordering from Farmer Gracy. Some of the bare roots and tubers I received were not in perfect condition, with a few even rotting. However, thanks to the prompt response and helpful support from customer service, I’m still happy with my experience so far. Now, I’m looking forward to seeing the plants grow!”
