Well packaged plants that arrived on time. No complaints, except that the saponaria ocymoides was a little difficult to untangle (five plants were intertwined with each other). Looking forward to seeing the blooms!

Service is good. Still not sure bare root is the best way to buy plants. Bought loads last year and planted in garden, not sure how many came up. This year I have put them in pots to see how well they do.

The bulbs look okay but disappointed with the grasses the deal was 3 roots but out of the 3 there was only one what l would call good but will see how they perform thanking you.

Hi there, it’s too early to tell how the six geraniums that I ordered will perform. I potted them up the same day that they arrived. The bare roots were packaged well and were protected from damage.

My lily of the valley seem ok but my geraniums are not as good as I expected some have not started very well, and I have just received my Astromeria I hope they are good I cannot comment on them at the moment but I hope they are ok as they are my favourites

The Cutie Pie bare root rose arrived within promised time, well packaged. However on one side the mini branches looked very dead and the other side had several shoots with small but visible leaves. I planted it carefully the following day and the shoots do not seem to have wilted. I feel the plant only just reached me in time, not sure about the consequences if delivery had been delayed at all. It appeared to have quite a large root system for its size, which was impressive, a well-established plant I would think.

Usually a 5 star and for the company a 5 star but think it must be the shipping company because Farmer Gracy has the most amazing collection. On ordering my Dahlias the first batch had all their necks broken. They ARE a fabulous company and resent them again, some out of stock and replaced with others they highly recommended as a replacement, but yet again it is the same. I won’t complain because it’s not fair on them as ever other bulb has been superb. Will continue to order from them as they are the finest bulbs. Unfortunately the dahlias are not shipped well so far away. Melissa

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your review. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. If any of the replacement dahlias appear severely damaged, with multiple broken tubers which are barely attached, please kindly contact us on customercare@farmergracy.com so we can arrange to replace as required. Got 4 dry root plants. 3 were growing in the bags, but 1 don't look so good. But i will wait for a while, otherwise I'm happy with the products.

Dahlia' s tubers that I orderdered arrived in time. Most of them are good size and not damaged, only one variety was very small. Good selection of varieties, D. Imperialis that is quite rare, was very good quality. Thank you.
