Thank you for the bulbs and tubers which I am sure will be as beautiful as other years. Two hedychium bulbs I wanted sent to Mrs Sue Cross at 30 Jubilee Rd, Mytchett GU 16 6BE and to Mrs Annie Arnold Penn cottage, Redwood Rd Sidmouth EX 10 9 AD were included with my order not sent direct as requested.

I WOULD NEVER NORMALLY SAY ANTHING BAD ABOUT THIS COMPANY ,BUT LAST YEAR I DID CONTACT VIA E.MAIL THAT THREE COSMOS THAT I ORDERED FAILED TO THRIVE NOW I AM NOT A NOVICE BUT NOTHING CAME OF THEM OTHER PLANTS LIKE THE DAHLIAS AT THE SAME TIME WERE AWESOME, SO THAT WAS THE FIRST EVER PROBLEM BUT I HAVE ORDERED MORE THINGS THIS YEAR AND UP TO NOW AM PLEASED WITH PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

The plants all had good root system all but the Alstroemeria these were very poor but they were all replaced so fingers crossed I get a plant this year.

When I received the lily bulbs I found some of them had sprouted by three inches. This I find produces poor quality plants.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Lily bulbs supplied in spring will usually already be in growth, they should be planted at the usual depth of 15-20cm with the shoots facing upwards, the shoots can be completely covered after planting or if they are longer than 15-20cm the shoots can be partially exposed above the soil surface. They will continue to grow normally after planting, and as they are perennial they will grow back every year. Le choix des bulbes ou de plantes en racines nues est varié et la livraison, conforme à la commande, arrive en bon état. Le seul inconvénient réside dans le délai de livraison (2 mois environ), beaucoup trop long à mon sens par rapport aux autres jardineries en ligne.

I recently ordered about eight different hardy perennials to plant up in our new garden. The order arrived fairly quickly and everything was in good condition. Unfortunately, when I made my order, I didn't realise that I'd ordered all as bare roots. I'm not a seasoned gardener, so it has been a bit daunting. I was expecting plants ready to plant into our new garden bed! I just hope that they all thrive!

Bulbs good, some of bare rooted plants look small and no green shoots but time will tell, hoping they will spring into growth. Also too many emails, should have an option to receive them every 2 to 4 weeks not every day.

When selling colocasias it would be helpful to mark the small ones to show orientation as I have planted mine but I am not 100% sure they are right. Small colocasia and Alocasia are do hard to get right your expertise would be a great help
