“The bulbs arrived on time but with a couple of them some of the tubers had broken off? Packaging seemed good but some were certainly damaged in the process… So not sure if that’s going to be a problem…”

Hello, Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. If any dahlias appear severely damaged, with multiple broken tubers which are barely attached, please send an email including photos to customercare@farmergracy.com so we can reassure you or arrange replacements if needed. “I was impressed and shocked with the packaging - very nicely done and well put together for the bulbs . I ordered from other places before and the box was wet and soil everywhere . When it arrived I said to my mum is that it ? Why is it so clean and nice lol plus some nice cards and advice on how to plant them . Very good job Thank you ! ☺️”
