“The bare root perennials all seemed in good condition, with some signs of growth. My only negative comment would be that the size of the roots varied quite dramatically, even within the same variety.”

“sono soddisfatto di aver fatto acquisti presso questo venditore, ho fatto 3 ordini tra Dicembre 2024 e Gennaio 2025 e come specificato sul sito ho ricevuto quanto ordinato ad inizio Marzo 2025 cosi da poter piantare il tutto. le spedizioni sono arrivate contemporaneamente con corriere BRT, l'imballo ben fatto, tutti i bulbi etichettati in modo chiaro e con distinta di spedizione. ho piantato il tutto seguendo i dettagli riportati sul sito per ogni prodotto. fin qui tutto bene e spero in una bella fioritura con tanti colori vivaci come piace a me.”

“Disappointed the length of time i took to get my order even though they where order in December 24 was advertised I receive my order by end of February 25 I had to phone several times in order to get my order put unto the shipment there was no communication from the company at all To be fair only I spoke to a customer services lady called Sue and she got my order marked as priority All I say here I should not have had to phone and there should been better communication with me as a customer if order was going to be late dispatched even if all items not available what was there should been posted to me and then the rest of order could been posted at a later date after all Farmer Gracey had been holding my money since December 24 I do not think I use this company again”

We apologise that your order arrived outside of the time and for any inconvenience caused Shipping times are estimated because it depends on harvest times - plants must be harvested in the correct conditions so they arrive in a viable and healthy state.
