“I have had bulbs from farmer gracy for years always well packed and healthy bulbs and plants, havnt had a plant die on me. Delivery is always when they say it will be and always we'll packed with instructions. Will always buy my plants from them.”

“Amazing service! “The Echinacea and Dahlia were very good quality. The Cardiocrinum , however , looked unhealthy. I reported this and sent a photo. I received a very sympathetic response from your horticulturist who immediately arranged for replacement bulbs to be sent to me. That’s what I call excellent customer service!”

Hello, Thank you for your review. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. If any dahlias appear severely damaged, with multiple broken tubers which are barely attached, please feel free to send photos to the customer care team for review.
