“I ordered 2 Mixed-coloured lupins on arrival they had grown with lots of white shoots about 6inches high I have potted them and hope for the best, is that normal?”

Hello, Bare root plants and some bulbs will have sprouted shoots already at this time of year, even if they're not planted yet. They will continue to grow normally after planting. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

“All the bulbs arrived well packed and a nice info pack with them. I ordered them earlier in the year and they were sent out as promised in April. However I made the same mistake last year in ordering them too early, as a week after receiving the £71 worth of bulbs/plants most of them are advertised on Facebook with 20 percent off!! Very annoying!!! Yes it is a bit of a risk waiting but I would recommend not to pre order any bulbs/plants because it's cost me £15 extra compared to just waiting for the sale. Must remember for next year.”

Hello, Ordering early does mean an earlier shipping time and a wider range of choice, later in the season there will be many items out of stock. “Disappointed to leave only 4 stars this time but the iris rhizome is very poor and shows signs of rot. Not what I expected from you as in the past all plants/bulbs have been first class”

“Ordered a salvia shrub which came when it said it would. All there was was a root in a bag of peat thoughts were this won’t grow, how wrong was I followed instructions and hey presto it was shooting within days. At the moment can’t fault the goods and they kept me informed as to when my shrub would be delivered. Would certainly consider ordering from them again.”

“Really pleased with all the plants and bulbs that I have received. Over time I’ve spent loads of money with F.G. And there is nothing more annoying than paying for goods and two days later there’s another 10-20%off. Why do you not get looked after as a returning customer, you’re not selling car insurance!! Value your customer if your loyal, they will be too!!”
